- Every second Thursday of the month except Jan and July
- at 6 pm
- at Ag Dept MR Senior High School
- In summer hive opening and practical teaching at 4 pm (check with club sec)

WAAS member benefits
MRRC is affiliated with WAAS and membership of WAAS is all that is required to attend events and receive benefits of both MRRC and WAAS.

Specific member development benefits
The club may sponsor any member part of the costs of attending a further educational course eg Queen rearing. Application is made through the club secretary and decided by a panel. It is a condition that the knowledge or experience acquired is shared within the club with a brief presentation at a meeting

Practical Teaching
The Club has hives at the school siite for teaching club members and school pupils. There is a variety of hive: conventional Langstroth, Techno-set, WSP, Flow and horizontal
